Master matrix

Every platform, every row.

Public, verifiable, and fair. Question marks mean we could not confirm the cell from the vendor’s public marketing — not that the feature is missing.

Common questions

The questions everyone asks before signing.

Still on the fence? Talk to a human — we will give you a straight answer, even if the answer is that we are not the right fit.

How do you decide what makes a "differentiator"?

A highlighted row marks a capability central to the comparison, such as right-to-left layouts, multi-tenant demos, admin-composed driver registration, business settings, or the mobile update model. Verify commercial inclusion in the current written proposal.

Why are so many cells question marks?

A "?" means the vendor does not publish that detail on their public website. We refuse to fabricate cells. If you have a screenshot from a sales deck that says otherwise, send it — we update the matrix the same day.

How should I compare pricing?

Compare current written proposals using the same scope: mobile experience, administration, integrations, onboarding, support, update terms, and any usage-based fees. Public pricing can change, so this matrix does not promise a universal winner.

What does "MENA-first" really mean — is it not just translation?

It includes right-to-left layouts for Arabic and Hebrew and 48 supported languages. Payment integrations are configured per tenant: Lahza for Palestine, and Fawry, Kashier, or Paymob for Egypt, subject to the operator’s merchant account and setup.

Why does multi-tenant demo matter for me?

Because most of your prospects are not ready to commit. Waslni ships a multi-tenant mode where demo accounts get their own branded slug, isolated database namespace, and trial deep-link in 30 seconds — without spinning up another server. That is conversion infrastructure, not a marketing slide.

How quickly can I actually launch?

Launch timing depends on brand assets, developer accounts, gateway approval, local licences, configuration, testing, and store review. We confirm a scoped plan after those dependencies are known.

Do you support our payment provider?

Current integrations are Lahza for Palestine and Fawry, Kashier, and Paymob for Egypt. Activation depends on the tenant’s merchant account. Any additional provider requires a separate technical and commercial review.

What about OTA updates — is there a catch?

JavaScript-only changes can ship through Expo EAS Update without a new store submission. Changes that add or modify native modules still require a new binary and store release.
