The honest comparison every operator wishes existed. Differentiators are highlighted. Cells we cannot verify say so. Updated when anything material changes.
Every platform, every row.
Public, verifiable, and fair. Question marks mean we could not confirm the cell from the vendor’s public marketing — not that the feature is missing.

Sources: each vendor’s public website and marketing material as of 2026. We refresh this matrix when we ship a new feature or when a competitor updates their marketing. Spot something out of date? Tell us — we will fix it.
The questions everyone asks before signing.
Still on the fence? Talk to a human — we will give you a straight answer, even if the answer is that we are not the right fit.
How do you decide what makes a "differentiator"?
A row is flagged as a differentiator when fewer than three platforms in the matrix offer it as a free, in-the-box capability. Full RTL Arabic and Hebrew, multi-tenant demo systems, admin-editable driver registration forms, admin-editable settings, and OTA updates all clear that bar today.
Why are so many cells question marks?
A "?" means the vendor does not publish that detail on their public website. We refuse to fabricate cells. If you have a screenshot from a sales deck that says otherwise, send it — we update the matrix the same day.
Is Waslni really cheaper than Onde or iCabbi?
Waslni runs a one-time setup fee plus a flat revenue share with no per-driver, per-vehicle, or per-language surcharges. Onde uses revenue share too but layers on premium tiers; iCabbi adds monthly subscription, per-driver fees, and feature-gated add-ons. The honest answer: in your first 12 months you pay less with Waslni — past that it depends entirely on your gross trips.
What does "MENA-first" really mean — is it not just translation?
It is not just translation. RTL means the whole layout mirrors — buttons swap sides, icons flip, lists scroll the other way. Then there are regional payment providers (Lahza, Fawry, Kashier, Paymob) integrated and tested in production, OTP via SMS aggregators that actually deliver in the region, Arabic font rendering that does not break ligatures, and support staff who speak Arabic. Other "global" platforms layer translation on top of an English-first product. Waslni was designed for MENA from line one.
Why does multi-tenant demo matter for me?
Because most of your prospects are not ready to commit. Waslni ships a multi-tenant mode where demo accounts get their own branded slug, isolated database namespace, and trial deep-link in 30 seconds — without spinning up another server. That is conversion infrastructure, not a marketing slide.
How quickly can I actually launch?
Under 30 days for a fresh tenant: brand assets + payment provider keys + Firebase project + Apple/Google store accounts → app submitted. The longest pole is store review (5–7 days for App Store, 1–3 for Play). Pre-launch we run a 14-day full-stack demo so you can validate the product on real devices before signing.
Do you support our payment provider?
Out of the box: Lahza (MENA), Fawry, Kashier, Paymob. Adding another provider is a contained backend change — typically 3–5 days for a Stripe-class API, longer for ones with quirky redirect flows. We do not charge extra for new providers; it ships in your monthly update.
What about OTA updates — is there a catch?
No catch. We use Expo EAS Update so JavaScript changes (most bug fixes, copy tweaks, minor features) ship without a new app store submission. Native changes still need a binary release. The mobile codebase is structured so 90%+ of changes are JS-side, which is why we can fix a reported issue the same day.
