02What does the monthly support fee cover?

Infrastructure hosting, platform updates, security patches, uptime monitoring, and technical support via email + chat. Higher tiers add a dedicated success manager and faster SLA.
03Do you charge per ride?

A small percentage of each trip, converted to USD at the local exchange rate. Minimum transaction amount is $0.10. This keeps our incentives aligned — we grow when you grow.
04Can I migrate from another provider?

Yes. We've migrated fleets off Uber, Bolt, Careem, and in-house systems. Our migration team handles driver and rider data transfer, payment reconciliation, and launch sequencing — ask about our migration plan.
05What payment gateways do you support?
