Clear rules for serious operators.
These Terms set the baseline for using Waslni websites, demos, dashboards, documentation, APIs, and platform services.
Effective May 9, 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms govern access to the Waslni website, demo environments, platform tools, dashboards, APIs, documentation, and related services. A signed order form, statement of work, or tenant agreement may add product, commercial, and country-specific terms.
2. Eligibility and authority
You must have authority to act for the company, fleet, shop, or organization you represent. You are responsible for the accuracy of signup details, billing details, tenant information, app-store materials, payment-provider information, and launch requirements you provide.
3. Demo access
Waslni may provide sandbox tenants, test accounts, and demo data so prospects can evaluate the platform. Demo environments are for evaluation only, may expire automatically, and must not be used for production riders, drivers, shops, payments, or unlawful testing.
4. Tenant responsibilities
Each tenant is responsible for lawful operation in its market, including transport licensing, driver screening, rider terms, privacy notices, tax rules, payment-provider compliance, store listing content, customer support, staff access, and local regulatory obligations.
5. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the services, bypass security controls, attack or overload systems, scrape confidential data, upload malicious content, violate another person rights, impersonate others, process unlawful data, or use demo environments to run a real business.
6. Fees and payments
Fees, setup charges, support charges, transaction charges, payment timing, taxes, refunds, and overage rules are stated in the applicable order form or pricing agreement. Unless agreed otherwise, fees are exclusive of taxes and third-party provider charges.
7. Third-party services
Waslni integrates infrastructure, maps, messaging, payment, Firebase, app-store, analytics, and hosting providers. Those services may have their own terms and availability. A provider outage or rejection may affect launch timing or product behavior.
8. Intellectual property
Waslni owns the platform, source code, design system, documentation, workflows, and product know-how. Tenants keep their own names, logos, data, app-store materials, and business records. No rights are transferred except those expressly granted in writing.
9. Confidentiality
Non-public pricing, technical architecture, credentials, source code, security details, customer data, business plans, and demo credentials must be treated as confidential and protected from unauthorized disclosure.
10. Service changes
Waslni may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the services. For paid tenants, material platform changes are handled according to the applicable agreement, support plan, migration process, or release notice.
11. Disclaimers
The website, documentation, and demos are provided for information and evaluation. Production commitments, service levels, support response times, warranties, and remedies apply only if they are stated in a signed agreement.
12. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Waslni is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages. Any liability cap, exclusion, or remedy for a paid tenant is controlled by the applicable signed agreement.
13. Suspension and termination
Waslni may suspend or terminate access for security risk, non-payment, unlawful use, abuse, violation of these Terms, or requests from authorities. Tenant data export, retention, deletion, and transition support are handled under the applicable agreement.
14. Governing terms
If these Terms conflict with a signed order form or master agreement, the signed document controls for that customer. Governing law, venue, and dispute process are the ones stated in the signed agreement. If none is stated, the contracting entity will specify them before production launch.
15. Contact
