Privacy, without fog.
This notice explains what information Waslni processes, why it is used, who may receive it, and how people can ask for help with privacy requests.
Effective May 9, 2026
1. Who this notice covers
This notice explains how Waslni handles personal information for website visitors, demo applicants, sales contacts, platform operators, tenant administrators, riders, drivers, shop owners, and other people who use or interact with Waslni services.
2. Information we collect
We may collect account details, contact details, company details, demo signup information, usage events, device and browser data, support messages, operational records, payment status information, driver registration submissions, shop-owner information, and communications with our team.
3. Information tenants collect
When a tenant operates a Waslni-powered app, that tenant is usually responsible for the rider, driver, shop, payment, and order data collected in its local market. Waslni processes that information to provide, secure, maintain, support, and improve the platform.
4. How we use information
We use information to provide the services, provision demos, authenticate users, route orders, support drivers and riders, operate shop tools, respond to inquiries, prevent abuse, maintain security, improve product quality, send service communications, and comply with legal obligations.
5. Payments
Waslni integrates payment providers but does not need to store raw card numbers. Payment providers may process card data, authentication events, charge status, fraud signals, and settlement information under their own rules and contracts.
6. Sharing information
We may share information with tenant operators, infrastructure providers, payment providers, messaging providers, analytics and monitoring tools, professional advisers, authorities where legally required, and service providers working under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.
7. Cookies and analytics
The marketing site and platform may use cookies, local storage, and analytics events to remember preferences, measure page performance, understand demo funnels, protect sessions, and improve the experience.
8. Retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain security, meet legal or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Demo tenants may follow a defined archive and deletion lifecycle after a trial ends.
9. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to processing of personal information. Riders, drivers, and shop users should usually contact the local tenant first because that tenant controls the business relationship.
10. International processing
Waslni and its service providers may process information in countries other than where you live. Where required, transfers are handled through contracts, provider safeguards, and operational controls designed to protect the information.
11. Security
We use technical and organizational measures such as access controls, tenant scoping, audit logs, signed service requests, secret management, monitoring, and payment-provider controls. No system is perfect, but we design the platform to reduce risk and contain impact.
12. Contact
Questions about privacy can be sent to privacy@waslni.com. If your request concerns a specific local app or fleet, include the tenant name, country, and the phone or email used with that service so the right operator can respond.
