Waslni vs Onde

Think twice, choose wisely

Pick the one built for you.

Choose Waslni if
  • You want regional payments (Lahza, Fawry, Kashier, Paymob) integrated and tested in production, not promised on a roadmap.
  • You need full RTL Arabic and Hebrew support out of the box, not as a localisation add-on.
  • You need admin-editable driver registration forms and settings — change a document type without filing a vendor ticket.
  • You want a multi-tenant demo system so prospects get a branded sandbox in 30 seconds.
  • You plan to deploy to MENA, North Africa, or other markets where Onde has thinner coverage.
Choose Onde if
  • You want a polished, mature SaaS suite with 12+ years of operator feedback baked in.
  • You operate in 50+ languages globally and need that breadth more than MENA depth.
  • You like the Playfood delivery integration and want a packaged super-app pairing.
  • You are comfortable with revenue share and a vendor that runs the platform on your behalf.
  • You want App Store Optimisation and paid acquisition services bundled with your launch package.
Verdict

Winner: Waslni

When you weigh MENA fit, launch speed, and the ability to configure the platform without filing tickets, Waslni wins for operators who plan to actually grow in the region.

Real RTL, not a translation patch

Arabic and Hebrew are first-class — layouts mirror correctly, fonts load right-to-left, the rider app feels native to MENA. Onde supports many languages but RTL is a localisation patch on top.

Configurable without filing tickets

Change driver document types, registration sections, settings, and service types from the admin panel. With Onde every config change is a support ticket.

Regional payments, in production

Lahza, Fawry, Kashier, Paymob — all integrated and tested with real merchants. Onde supports global gateways but does not optimise for MENA-specific providers.

Multi-tenant demo, baked in

Prospects get a branded slug, isolated database namespace, and trial deep-link in 30 seconds. Conversion infrastructure, not a marketing slide.

Common questions

The questions everyone asks before signing.

Still on the fence? Talk to a human — we will give you a straight answer, even if the answer is that we are not the right fit.

Onde is older and processes 2M orders/day. Why pick Waslni?

Onde has more years and more aggregate volume — fair. The trade-off is what you optimise for. If global breadth matters more than regional fit, Onde wins. If you operate primarily in MENA and need real RTL, regional payment depth, and admin configurability without tickets, Waslni is built for that.

How is Waslni different from Onde if both are white-label SaaS?

Both are closed-source SaaS — that part is the same. The difference is what each is optimised for. Onde optimises for global breadth (50+ languages, generic gateways, ASO services). Waslni optimises for MENA depth (full RTL, regional payments, Arabic-first support, configurable forms in our admin panel without tickets). If you operate primarily in MENA, that depth matters more than breadth.

How does pricing compare?

Both use revenue share. Onde layers premium tiers, ASO services, paid acquisition packages, and feature gates on top. Waslni runs flat: one-time setup plus revenue share, every feature unlocked. For a 50-driver fleet doing 30k rides/month, you typically pay 20–40% less with Waslni in years 1–2.

Onde claims 50+ languages. Waslni only 8.

True — and it is the right trade-off for us today. We ship 8 languages with full RTL: Arabic, English, Russian, Turkish, German, French, Ukrainian, Hebrew. Adding a new language is an i18n JSON file plus QA — usually a 1-week task. We add languages when paying customers ask, not as a vanity number.

Onde has Playfood for delivery. Does Waslni do delivery?

Yes — Waslni has a built-in shop module (multi-tenant marketplace, web frontend, dashboard for shop owners, order flow). It is part of the platform, not a paired third-party. Different shape than Onde+Playfood; same outcome.

Can I migrate from Onde to Waslni?

Yes. Driver, vehicle, customer, and trip exports follow standard CSV shapes; payment-method migration via your gateway. Plan 4–6 weeks of overlap so both systems run in parallel during cutover.

Onde has 24/7 support. Does Waslni?

Yes — 24/7 with a dedicated CSM included. Smaller team than Onde but every customer talks directly to engineering, not L1 triage.

Compare another platform

Still comparing?

Most operators look at three or four platforms before deciding. Pick another head-to-head — same honest format, no asterisks.
